This project is a renovation of an existing outlet center. The design concept integrates with the current layout, planning three main axes: one horizontal and two vertical. In addition to upgrading the existing north-south main axis into a 'High Street,' a fashion boulevard, a luxury fashion axis called 'Luxury Avenue' is being created on the south side. Feast Buffet is a popular Chinese buffet restaurant chain across the U.S. This project is for Feast Buffet's new location in Plano. TWZ provided architectural and interior design services. The exterior adopts an American commercial architectural style, combining the use of metal and wood-tone materials to create a warm and grand overall image. Millenium Place
The project is a mixed-use development located in Corinth, Texas, on the east side of IH-35E. The development is anchored by a 50,000-square-foot recreation center and includes a five-story multi-family building offering 250 residential units. Upscale restaurants and additional retail spaces will contribute to creating a vibrant lifestyle atmosphere.
