This project is a renovation of an existing outlet center. The design concept integrates with the current layout, planning three main axes: one horizontal and two vertical. In addition to upgrading the existing north-south main axis into a 'High Street,' a fashion boulevard, a luxury fashion axis called 'Luxury Avenue' is being created on the south side. Along the riverside, a dining-themed area, 'Riverwalk,' will be developed. A series of high-end standalone dining shops will be constructed on both sides of the river, fully utilizing the landscape resources to form a waterside promenade and create a healthy, leisure-oriented lifestyle.
