This project is for the construction of a new office for a dental clinic, which includes a 3,347 sq ft dental clinic and a 1,818 sq ft general office space. TWZ provided architectural design services for the project. Located at the intersection of two major roads, the main entrance and the large volume of the dental clinic are positioned at the corner of the building, featuring continuous large windows that enhance the building's iconic presence. The building adopts a modern and simple American style, with stone and brick as the primary exterior materials, giving it a high-end and grand appearance. The dental clinic offers 8 dental treatment rooms, along with a spacious and comfortable waiting area, providing a first-class patient experience. The general office space has a separate entrance, ensuring convenient access and flexible space to maximize the building's commercial value.
